Who We Are
Eagle Eye Ministries is a trans-local ministry that started in 2009 with an Apostolic and Prophetic calling to work with churches, leaders and ministries where requested. We work out of Zion Apostolic Church in Winnipeg where we were on the pastoral staff for twenty-five years and nineteen of those years filling the role of Lead Pastor. We also helped plant four churches in that time and some of them are now planting churches.
Randy and Leslie hold credentials with ACOP Int. but have worked and served with many different streams in the body of Christ over the years. In 2009 the Lord stirred Randy and Leslie as well as the leadership of Zion Church that they should move from the lead pastor position to begin travelling full time working with the bigger picture of what God was doing in the city and province. That has now extended to going across Canada and to other nations.
Our purpose is to help mentor and parent leaders, churches and ministries into their destiny and to help them become effective in touching their communities with the message of God’s love.
We share the same values and of faith that our local church and leadership believe in.
- Our desire is to work more out of relationship than program. We believe in the Kingdom of God worldview more than organizational function.
- We want to help leaders of all ages come into their destiny and equip them with skills and tools to become effective in their ministry.
- We value prayer, healing, prophecy as well as leadership development and desire to equip churches and ministries especially in these areas.
